Greetings:

The Caps are favorites.  We are 3-8 in our last 11 visits to DC.

The O and B are a much better face-off team than the Caps.  Otherwise, these teams are fairly equal statistically. It should be a humdinger.

Two years ago if you thought the Flyers were heading towards the playoff on a good winning streak, you would have sworn Ghost, Patrick and Lindblom were involved in some way.    This team is good and will only be better next year.   Happy times.

Nice to see Patrick out there taking some bumps.  Must be very encouraging for the kid.

So true considering they were at least counting on Patrick to lock down the 3rd line center spot for the year and at the time Lindblom was the leading goal scorer on the team when they got the news of his fight with cancer.

So i give the whole team credit for digging in and finding a way out their myriad of issues....to now be sitting 2nd in the Metro.

Let's keep it going i want a new season high 7 game win streak!!!!!

Any update on ghost? I would imagine his condtioning has improved. Why isnt he playing?

Even if he was ready I think I'd start him against someone other than the Caps. The current roster has been playing well...and you don't need his first miscue to end up in the net.

Yeah i hate it for him but he has already said he is cooling waiting and doesn't want to mess with their streak.

I'd admire him as a man admitting that i know it wasn't easy for him because i know he wants to be out feeling the winning.

I like having options.

Hagg is what he is a solid reliable not spectacular defenseman.

I have to say i like the how Friedman looked in his short recall.

He made quick solid decisions with the puck in his end and around the goal (i didn't expect), still a lot to learn but it needs to be at the NHL elvel.

I have hiim penciled into Braun's spot on the roster next year.

Provorov

Niskanen

Saheim

Myers

Ghost

Friedman

Hagg

From my memory Ghost and Friedman played well together. However offseason camp will settle all that.

I think some kids may get looks next year AV has convinced me he wants the best guys on the ice screw tha stats he wants performance.

None of my posts get as much attention as the ones asking people what they're drinking for the games, lol!
