If Little Joe does hit 500, then maybe we have to talk, but I don't like the longevity award for the HoF. I would take him on my team in a heartbeat and always would have, but he was never the best in any given year. He's been an all-star 5 of 17 years, but I don't think I remember him winning any indivdual awards -- I know he hasn't won a Cup, but I don't like that as a determining factor.
500 is 500, though. I know the longevity thing I said, but at his current 449, that's averaging 26 goals/yr. over 17 years. That's not something to sneeze at. I still don't think I vote him in if I had a vote. They weren't dumb enough to give me a vote, though.
