Should be a very good match up in goal for real. A boy versus his idol.

I think Kelce was the human prototype for Gritty

Flyers in 5. The Habs steal one because of Price. We steal one because of Hart, and win three because we're a better team defensively and offensively.

Jake to the 3rd line with Grant and NAK, Farabee stays on L1.

Ghost stays in.

As optimal as you can make the lineup without moving Laughton off the wing IMO.

Flyers are being pushed around and out hustled. They need to step it up in the 3rd

Funny thing, these a-hole commentators love the Canadiens. I now know how hard they fought to beat pissburg, and how Shea Weber is the most dominant force in the league.

Oh, and the Flyers are also playing

We should get the last laugh when we take them in 5 and Carter Hart continues to play the way he has been!!!!!!

Still don't know why they gave Ivan's goal to Jake i still haven't seen any evidence that it hit/touched him. Whatever.

It was good to just get the win especially when they collectively (except Hart) didn't have their best game.

Hart leads all starters with a 966% so far.

Flyers will need better play from their centers too...not the best game down the middle.

Got some heat maps for @Podein25 he loves pictures.

I know this has to be weighing on the Captain...

...but he has to find a way to elevate his game the team needs him and he looks like he is just going through the motions.

I might be alone here and that's okay, but...... I bet it would be a little easier if she didn't post stuff like that.   Or maybe instead of saying "34 days without Dad" she could say something like "Cheering for Daddy to win the Stanley Cup".    Or how about "Just hanging out, don't have to worry about money (thanks Dad!)"   Or maybe "Just hired a nanny to help cause Dad busts his ass to make us comfortable".

I'm sure there are others - feel free to add some.     Am I off base here?

you probably could have stopped here.

the rest would guarantee she is hated in Philadelphia until the end of the republic, which hey any day now.

I get what you're saying that is a cute picture with some unnecessarily cutting words, is English a second language ?

Any way I don't think you're off the mark here, things like that can add to daddy guilt.

Could have been worse, like "who did the shopping, the laundry, diapers changing and getting up 4 times last night? Mummy again... Hope your little vacation goes well..."

Like, what my girlfriend would have written to me 😬

No i don't think so.

When i changed jobs back in 2014 my daughter was 3 and i had to rotate to nights every other month.

And i have to say it killed me to have to call home to tell my little girl goodnight every night....basically broke my heart and i hated having to do that.

And a year and a half ago go i went on straight days and man i loved being home every night now and not having to call her to tell her good night...she has my heart in her hands like soft putty. And still now to this day when it is time to put her to sleep she has always wanted daddy to put her to bed....and she just turned 9 this pass May. Not sure why she prefers me over momma but i guess it has something to do with Dad makes her feel safe every night.

So i know it has to kill him every night to have to tell them all good night by phone. I know exactly how he feels.

How much it effects him on his job can vary from person to person.

I can't imagine how these soldiers feel with kids and being on the other side of the world in a combat zone...i did it along time ago too but i was single and no one but my parents and my sister and girlfriend not the same.

But it weighs heavy on the heart not being but your loved ones.

I can't imagine what a juggernaut this team could be if Giroux/Couturier/Voracek start putting up points. I'm not saying they aren't contributing...they just aren't leading the way. Yes Couturier had 2 last night...but it's been different guys stepping up every game. And that's fine, except I want both.

I agree ...If they get scoring from G/ Coots / Jake along with continued balanced scoring from the newer guys this team is a gonna be a real biotch to play against.  I told my wife last night this is the first time in a very long time I am actually excited to see/watch the Flyers play playoff hockey...... As many of us have echoed numerous times in the past, ...it all begins with coaching!   I wanna be greedy and say Flyers in 5 but I think 6 is more realistic. Including the round robi

I'm saying he's a younger version of Raffl.   He can play up and down the lineup in a pinch, good along the boards, decent hands, decent speed and can score - usually in bunches - but if you have him as your first line winger for too long, you'll start to see why he cleared waivers just 11 months ago.   I'm glad he's playing well and I hope it continues for 4 rounds but let's not pencil him in as the savior just yet.
